The ambience at Hotel Meurice feels nostalgic, almost like stepping into a different era. I adored the lavish chandeliers and plush furniture that set the tone upon entering. My room was spacious and impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed, made it easy to unwind. The buffet breakfast stood out, with fresh options like eggs made-to-order and locally sourced items that really satisfied our morning cravings. I did notice that some of the room furniture appeared dated, which could benefit from an upgrade. I had some trouble with replenishing the tea and coffee supplies, as they needed to be requested from the staff. Despite these minor inconveniences, the charm and character of the hotel were great, and I would be happy to return.

Thank you for making our stay such wonderful. This chic, clean property has generous continental breakfasts and welcoming staff. The rooms are huge with very comfy beds and smoke detectors. Its decor is comfortable.

The room featured a king-size bed with large, luxurious square pillows that provided a comfortable night's sleep. The old-fashioned decor remained charming, giving the place a grand, nostalgic feel.
Breakfast at 15 Euros lacked variety, only offering some croissants, cereal, and juice with questionable cappuccinos. The tight separation between the loo and bathroom made it awkward to use, and the motion-sensor lights in the suite created frustration during nighttime trips.

We stayed in the family room which was large enough for us, and we spent pleasant time. Breakfast was also good and fresh orange juice was impressive.

This hotel did indeed have old world charm. It is also comfortable and well located. The young lady on check-in was extremely efficient and helpful. We ate at the restaurant next door and had a delightful meal. The room was well sized and the bed comfortable.
